B2B Lead Generation · Performance-Based

I'll build and run your entire cold email system and put qualified sales calls on your team's calendar

And you only pay for the calls that actually show up.

The problem

What it feels like

A couple of strong months, then a quiet one you can't explain.

The person who prospects is the person who closes, so prospecting always loses.

New business keeps riding on referrals, your network, and you.

But that's the symptom, not the cause.

You don't have a lead problem.

You have an engine problem.

What you have

Demand you receive

  • Referrals and word of mouth
  • Your network
  • You, in the room
  • The occasional inbound

It shows up on its own. Until it doesn't.

What's missing

Demand you create

  • Conversations started on purpose
  • Every week, predictably
  • Independent of who you already know
  • A system, not a person

This is the part you've never had.

It was never a strategy.
It was a dependency.

And the usual fixes don't build you one.

More salespeople

Multiplies the problem.

Why work with us

I'm not a marketer who learned cold email. I'm a behavioural specialist who applies it to outreach.

Sixteen years in sales, coaching, and change management, work that lives on why people decide what they decide, with organisations including McKinsey, PwC, GSK and Euroclear. Most agencies optimise the surface: subject lines, send times, another round of A/B tests. I start with the decision your buyer has to make and write backwards from there. That's the line between email that gets sent and email that gets answered.

I take on a small number of clients at a time: I own the strategy and the execution. There's no layer between the thinking and the sending. You work with me end to end.

Our solution

A three-step process. Our Decision-First Approach.

Step one

We work out what makes your buyer act

We map who you want to reach and reverse-engineer what would have to be true for that specific person to say yes. Then we write to that, not to your pitch. Most operators A/B test subject lines. I've spent sixteen years on both sides of this: running outbound at volume as a senior sales recruiter, and working as a coach and change manager on why people decide what they decide. So I start with the decision, and write backwards from there.

Step two

We build the infrastructure that gets it delivered

Dedicated domains kept separate from yours, warming, authentication, sender reputation: the exact technical ground where most attempts quietly die. So your emails reach a human being instead of a spam folder, and your company domain stays protected. And nothing goes out until you've approved it.

Step three

We run the engine and qualify every reply

Campaigns monitored daily and sharpened weekly, every response handled by us and screened against your ideal client. So your team's calendar fills without anyone on your side doing a thing, and not a minute goes to people who were never going to buy.

And what all three add up to is qualified sales calls on your calendar. You show up. You close. That's it.

Frequently asked questions

The details, straight.

How it works

What exactly do I get?

I build and run your entire cold email system, dedicated sending domains, list building, messaging, campaign management, reply handling, and book qualified sales calls straight onto your team's calendar. You show up and close. That's the whole arrangement.

How much work is this on my side?

About 30 minutes of your time to set up: a short onboarding call and a quick form on your ICP. After that, you approve the targeting and messaging before launch, keep your calendar current, and show up to the calls. Everything else runs on my infrastructure, no IT lift on your end.

Who does the work?

I do. You work directly with me, not a junior handed your account after a senior sold you. I own the whole thing end to end, which is why nothing falls through the cracks between departments. There are no departments.

How long until I see results?

Infrastructure setup and domain warming take two to three weeks, non-negotiable, because skipping it is exactly what wrecks deliverability. First calls typically book in weeks four to five, and momentum builds over the following weeks as the targeting and messaging sharpen.

Can I approve the copy before it goes out?

Yes, nothing ships without your sign-off. I write the sequences, share them with you, you mark up changes, and we finalise together. Your brand only ever goes out the way you approved it.

Can I see what's happening?

Yes. You get weekly reporting and a weekly strategy call covering reply rates, meetings booked, and what's working, so you always know where things stand and we adjust targeting together.

Results, risk and pricing

Do you guarantee a specific number of calls?

No, because I can't control your close rate or how your market responds week to week, and any number I promised would be a guess dressed up as a commitment. What I do guarantee is that you only pay for qualified calls that actually show up. If they don't show, you don't pay.

What if the calls aren't qualified?

You don't pay for them. I screen every prospect against the ICP we agree on in writing before booking. If a booked call doesn't fit that ICP, it doesn't count and you're not charged. And if call quality slips, we fix targeting immediately. That's what the weekly strategy call is for.

What counts as a qualified call?

One that matches the ICP we define together in onboarding, is a real person at a real company, and shows up. I only bill for calls that are actually held and fit the profile.

Why not just hire a salesperson to do this?

An in-house hire runs €60–80k a year fully loaded, takes months to ramp, and gets paid whether or not calls get booked. With me you pay nothing until qualified prospects show up, and I run the entire system, not just the sending.

What reply rates can I expect?

I'll be straight rather than sell you a projection: cold email reply rates vary widely with your offer and market, and anyone quoting you a precise number up front is guessing. That's exactly why the model is pay-per-show. You're paid on outcomes that actually happen, not on a forecast you're asked to trust.

Safety, compliance and fit

Will this burn my main domain?

Zero risk to it, because I never send from your main domain. I set up separate sending domains, kept entirely apart from your company domain, so your primary email stays clean for invoices and contracts while the sending domains carry all the outreach.

Is cold email legal in Europe?

Yes, for B2B, under GDPR's legitimate-interest basis, done properly, with relevant targeting, a clear opt-out in every message, and documented reasoning. All of that is built in as standard, not bolted on afterward.

How do you make sure you never contact my existing customers?

I load your full do-not-contact list at the start, existing clients, live deals, anyone your team is already working, and block them by email and by domain, so your whole relationship base is excluded from the send list.

Who is this for, and who isn't it for?

It's for B2B companies where a new client is worth €15,000 or more over the relationship, with people who sell and a pipeline that still leans on referrals or the founder. If your deals are small and transactional, or you sell to consumers, cold email won't work the way it works here, and I'd say so rather than take your money.

Book a call

You've spent years being the engine
of your company. Let's build you one that isn't you.

If we're not a fit, I'll tell you straight. I only take clients where I'm confident this works, because I don't get paid unless it does.
